On the ground floor of the Paragon you’ll find our Sports Bar, outdoor courtyard and TAB. open from 10am every day. Whatever sport is on, we’re showing it! With our multiple screens showing every game, just ask our friendly bar staff what’s coming up.
Some of the freshest beer in Sydney is back, with unpasteurised Carlton Draught piped straight from the huge copper tanks sitting in our Sports Bar front windows. Beer afficianados love the clean and creamy quality of unpasteurised beer that makes for a very sessionable drop. This fresh brew must be consumed within 14 days of leaving the brewery, with the batch dates chalked straight onto the tanks, so come and sample a brewery-fresh pint after work.
We also have a great range of local and imported beers, wines and spirits to get you back in the swing of things.
Upstairs at Paragon you’ll find the Garden Bar, with soaring green walls opening up to the city skyline, a covered dining area which looks out over Jessie Street Gardens, and a retractable roof over the main garden bar which makes the Paragon the perfect spot for any event, in any weather.

The Paragon Hotel’s open-air rooftop bar is the perfect venue for your group get-together, or corporate function. With a retractable roof, you’ll be able to take in the city views above with no need to worry about any weather changes on the day of your function.

The Paragon’s dining space on the first floor of the Paragon’s heritage building, is the perfect space to catch up for a long lunch with friends, corporate events or evening celebrations.
